Our Admissions Process

Our dedicated admissions team can address your inquiries about treatment and conduct a pre-assessment to assess your eligibility. They may ask about your current living situation, substance use history, medical history, family history of addiction, and health insurance plan. 

After confirming your insurance, we’ll propose a personalized treatment plan tailored to your recovery requirements. We’ll guide you in choosing an admission date and help you make travel arrangements if necessary.

  • Step 1: Call Our Team

    When you call, an intake coordinator will answer your questions about rehab and ask pre-assessment questions to determine if we’re the right fit for your needs. If we’re not the best fit, we may refer you to a trusted partner facility near you.

  • Step 2: Insurance Verification

    Your coordinator will verify your insurance provider to check we’re in-network and discuss any deductibles or additional out-of-pocket costs you can expect.

  • Step 3: Assessment

    Once we’ve verified your insurance coverage, your pre-assessment guides us to a level of care that suits your individual needs and recovery goals.

  • Step 4: Admission

    With your level of care set, we can schedule your admission into the facility. In many cases, we can offer same-day or next-day admission.
